Missing 13-year-old Skyler Conville Missing Arizona US: Turquoise Amber Alert Issued for 13-Year-Old Last Seen in Apache Junction

APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help as the search continues for 13-year-old Skyler Conville, who was reported missing after being last seen in Apache Junction on June 19.

The Apache Junction Police Department has issued a Turquoise Alert as investigators work to locate the teenager and determine the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

According to police, Skyler was last seen shortly after 1 p.m. at a Circle K convenience store near Meridian Drive and Superstition Boulevard. Investigators say she had been with a family member when an argument occurred in the parking lot. After refusing to get into the family member’s vehicle, Skyler reportedly walked away.

Security camera footage later captured her moving through the parking lot before entering what authorities believe was an early-2000s white Chevrolet Impala sedan. Investigators noted that the vehicle appeared to have damage to the driver’s side front bumper.

The car was seen leaving the area westbound on Superstition Boulevard shortly after Skyler entered it.

Police are also attempting to identify the driver. Based on surveillance images, he is described as a man believed to be in his 50s or 60s with black-and-gray hair, a beard, and dark eyes. He was reportedly wearing a gray tank top, black shorts, and black athletic shoes at the time.

Skyler is described as a white female standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 125 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair. When she was last seen, she was wearing camouflage-patterned pants, a dark gray shirt, and a bright pink bonnet.

The circumstances of the disappearance have raised concerns among investigators, leading to the activation of a Turquoise Alert. In Arizona, the alert is used when a missing person is believed to be in danger or potentially with someone who could pose a threat, and when the circumstances surrounding the disappearance are considered suspicious or unexplained.

Law enforcement officials continue to review surveillance footage and follow leads while urging residents throughout the area to remain vigilant.

Anyone who may have seen Skyler Conville, the vehicle involved, or the unidentified driver is encouraged to contact emergency services immediately. Information can also be reported directly to the Apache Junction Police Department at 480-982-8260.

As the search continues, family members and investigators remain hopeful that information from the public will help bring Skyler home safely.
